Why #hcsmse?

#hcsmse= Healthcare Social Media Sweden is a community of people interested in improving the patient and provider experience, and find opportunities for improvement of health care by innovations. We share and learn, and set the spotlight on important issues. Together we contribute to making health care more open and connected.

Health Care Social Media Sweden #hcsmse was inspired by the success of #hcsmca and #hcsmeu among others.

Who will want to take part in #hcsmse?

Anyone and everyone delivering, receiving or investigating health care who is interested in open conversation to help improve quality, access, value and effectiveness of health care. This includes: patients, caregivers, patient advocates, healthcare professionals, educators, health administrators, health policy maker, government, media, companies and entrepreneurs.

Join us. It is not until you have tried social media networking that you will see its benefits.

What do we talk about?

That’s up to the #hcsmse community to decide. Add a topic you would like to discuss to the discussion GoogleDoc topic list. To see and edit the document, log in using your email account.

The structure of the chat is set by the twitter account @hcsmse, which opens the chat, tweets the questions (Q1, Q2 etc) to be discussed and ends the chat. A co-moderator is also taking part, to stimulate the discussion.
